While larger displays are trendy, you’re not at all sure you’ll love your huge phone. Fortunately, there are even smaller phones on the shelves if you feel comfortable.

Small screen (5 inches or smaller)
Nowadays, phones with a diagonal of 5 inches or less seem to be extinct. Yet if your hands are small, if you want to hold your phone securely with one hand, if it is important to fit comfortably in your pocket, you will be forced to buy a mobile phone with a small display. If you want a 4-inch phone, be prepared that the hardware won’t be too strong in it either.
Today’s usable hardware starts at 4.7 inches, and you’ll already find a powerful processor and dual-camera solution in this category.

Medium screen (5 to 5.5 inches)
Buy a phone of this size if you want to find the right balance between multimedia use, reading websites, and making phone calls. The 5-inch phone is no longer too tiny, but it looks quite small among today’s trendy handsets. In this category, you’ll find everything in the larger ones, just in a slightly smaller housing and behind a smaller display.
The 5-inch phone isn’t too big in a man’s hand, it can even be used with one hand, our thumb can cross the display when the phone is in the palm of our hand. Only buy more than 5 inches if you won’t mind that you’ll need both hands to use it!

Large screen / Phablet (5.5 inches or larger)
Smartphones with displays larger than 5.5 inches are called phablets because their size is close to the size of classic tablets. Recall that we did find 7-inch tablets, and some phones today already have a 6-inch or larger diagonal. These phones are perfect to easily navigate on the internet or to use for games that are more enjoyable on a big screen like blackjack online or roulette. It used to be ridiculous to squeeze a miniature tv like this to our head, but it doesn’t show up to anyone today.
Display quality
Screen size is just one consideration. We also need to pay attention to what color fidelity and what viewing angle the display offers!
If you can try out the phone, make sure that the selected phone has enough brightness to keep the display readable even in sunlight. Do not buy an LCD display device anymore, at least use IPS technology. However, the most advanced displays with the best features are now AMOLED panels. Most of the devices from leading manufacturers already include displays that support HDR, which have excellent contrast.
The quality of the display is greatly affected by the resolution. If you are buying a phone with a screen size larger than 5 inches, try to avoid phones with a resolution below full HD, (1920 x 1080 pixels). I’m not saying they would be useless, but if you have the option, choose a higher resolution. With a smaller screen size, HD resolution won’t be disturbed either.
Mobile phones made according to the new design already get HD + and full HD + resolution. These devices have an 18: 9 aspect ratio, which means that the longer side is twice that of the shorter one. For this reason, instead of HD 1280 x 720 pixels, we get HD + 1440 x 720 pixels, instead of FHD 1920 x 1080 pixels we get FHD + 2160 x 1080 pixels. This isn’t the peak either, as there are phones that have a 2K or 4K display, the latter is really only typical of very expensive phones.
Camera
For many of us today, the quality of the camera matters more than the strength of the processor. Fortunately, more and more dual-camera phones can be purchased, and these solutions don’t cost that much.
The megapixel number is important, but not the most important. It is much more important than the aperture value is correct. This is the number so denoted as f / 1.8. This value shows how much light reaches the sensor through the lenses. The lower the value the better! While a megapixel isn’t all you can do, it’s a phone answer where the back camera or cameras are at least 12 megapixels.
Although today’s phones are powerful, be aware that the speed at which a picture is taken is also affected by the strength of the hardware. The data coming through the camera also needs to be processed, which is the job of the central unit. The combination of a weak central unit and a camera with too high a resolution does not lead to anything good.
RAM
RAM, or as it is more commonly referred to as memory, is finally a component where the more the better the principle prevails. There are no shortcuts here. Of course, it doesn’t matter what the built-in memory is like because the higher clock speed of DDR4 effectively helps the processor work, but as a rule of thumb, a lot of good, a little bad.
My advice is to have as much RAM as can, but not less than 2GB!
Internal storage
Just like with RAM, have as much as you can. However, the amount of ROM will not affect the speed of your phone, it will be at most annoying if you run out of storage space soon and have to start selecting from the programs on your phone.
I can advise you on two things. One is that if you can do it, buy a machine with as much storage as possible, the other is that if you can’t do that, you’ll at least look for one whose memory can be expanded with an SD card.
Battery life
By the end, one of the most important aspects remained, battery life. The higher the battery capacity, the better, but keep in mind that mobiles with a smaller display will consume less. In other words, a battery that is small in a phone with a six-inch, 10-core processor will suffice in a device with a 5-inch HD display with a slower processor.
